The journal in its 16th year of publication, reports important cases from various Consumer Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court and analyzes them purely from a doctors’ perspective. Medical Major Acts

Medical Major Acts is a complete digital repository of all the Central statutes (Bare Acts) that are directly applicable to the practice of medicine in India. It is regularly updated with the amendments. It has a unique ‘Ask A Query’ feature that allows the doctor to get his/her dilemmas and doubts resolved on the current statutory framework in medicine.

Ignorance of law is not a valid defence in medical negligence court cases. Doctors are expected to know and adhere to medical laws, from prescription to post-mortem, in their daily medical practice. IML currently offers 2 courses for doctors practicing modern medicine that are completely online.
